The energy sector is composed of Yizhou Science and Technology Company, Jiangsu Lvzhiyuan Company, South Trading Company, and Huatong Material Trading Company. Besides, it has formed an alliance between the world chemical giants-- KOPPERS of the United States and Nippon Steel of Japan, and continuously extends its industrial chain. It produces 2.6 million tons of coke, 300,000 tons of methanol, 100,000 tons of coal tar and 100,000 tons of synthetic ammonia a year.
At the same time, the cascade utilization system of coke oven flue gas waste heat, flue waste heat debenzolization, low-temperature denitration of coke oven flue gas, extraction of refined salt from desulfurization solution and other projects that Yizhou Science and Technology Company has involved in research and development have won many national patents, and filled many gaps in the industry.
In addition, Yizhou Science and Technology Company will continue to push forward the construction of the coke phase III project, further expand the scale of production, accelerate the extension of fine chemical industry and research and development of new materials, build a resources sharing and assisting platform, and strive to build a large-scale domestic "ecology plus science and technology" circular economy industrial park.
Metallurgical coke
At present, the company produces 2.6 million tons metallurgical annually, mainly used in iron and steel smelting and sold in more than a dozen provinces nationwide.
Refined methanol
At present, the company’s annual output is 300,000 tons. It is an important chemical and organic raw material, mainly used in the manufacturing of coating, fuel, and pesticide.
Crude benzene
At present, the company’ s annual output is 40,000 tons, mainly used for processing xylene and other products. Benzene, toluene, and xylene are all valuable basic organic chemical raw materials.
Coal tar
At present, the company has an annual output of 100, 000 tons and has cooperate d with KOPPERS of the United States to carry out deep processing projects. More than a dozen products such as naphthalene and phenol can be separated through further processing.
liquid ammonia
At present, the output of the company is 100,000 tons. It is generated by methanol purge gas and nitrogen catalytic synthesis.
